What if someone doesn't swim?
No swim required. PFDs on every guest, back-channels are calm, guides are in the water with you. We've had plenty of first-timers who'd never touched a paddle.
What if the weather turns?
We watch the forecast for a week. If it's unsafe, we reschedule at no cost or swap to a land-based plan B (e-bike, waterfall hike, brewery lunch). Your call.
Mixed fitness levels — OK?
The whole point. E-bikes flatten the hills. Kayaks and SUPs are forgiving in calm water. Guides match pace to the slowest-comfortable person, not the fastest.
Can procurement get a COI?
Yes, same day. $2M general liability, workers' comp, auto. We'll add your company as additional insured on request.
Dietary needs?
Fully accommodated — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, allergies. Send us the list two weeks out; our caterer labels every plate.
How far out should we book?
Peak season (May–Sept), four to six weeks. Off-season, two weeks is fine. Holds are free for ten days once we've sent a proposal.
